The present study was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of empathy skills training on the narcissism and bullying in bullying student. It was a quasi-experimental method with pretest, posttest and control group design. The statistical population included bullying students studying in the first high school in the town of Saman, Charhar Mahal-va-Bakhtiari province in the second semester of educational year 2018-19. 40 bullying students were selected through purposeful sampling method and they were randomly accommodated into experimental and control groups (each group of 20 students). The students in the experimental group underwent eight ninety-minute sessions of empathy skills training while the students in the control group didn’t receive such interventions during the study. Illinois bullying scale (Espelage, Holt, 2001) and narcissism scale (Raskin & Terry, 1988) were used in the current study. The data from the study were analyzed through repeated measurement ANOVA via SPSS23 software. The results showed that empathy skills training has had significant effect on the narcissism (p<0.001) and bullying (p<0.001). The findings of the present study revealed that empathy skills training can be applied as an efficient method to decrease narcissism and bullying in bullying students according to the empathy skills training and with the focus on Knowledge acquisition skills, composition, application, evaluation, analysis.
